Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT (often known as EFT tapping or Tapping), is a meridian based therapy that combines acupressure and psychological affirmations to help to transform your thoughts and improve your physical, mental and spiritual health. EFT is based on the same meridians that have been used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over five thousand years, without the use needles. You use your own fingers are used to tap onto the specific meridians on the head, chest and hands while you address a specific problem and voice affirmations.
The use of the kinetic energy of the tapping and the voicing of the affirmations this helps to clear the emotional blocks in your body’s bioenergy system. Thus restoring your mind, body and spirit to health and the healing by physical and emotional ailments.

EFT uses a subjective Units of experience it goes from -10 to +10. During a EFT session the progress of movement in your energy flow is tracked by the use of this scale. The SUE scale allows the practitioner and client to measure the movement in the flow of energy and emotions. How this is practiced is after each 2 minute round to help guide the process of healing and help in measuring effectiveness of the chosen affirmation.
