Let’s take a moment to reflect on our heart.

We are in the summer season; we are blessed with warm days, sunshine, and long hours of daylight.

Currently, in our lives, socially, it seems we have lost our way in bringing heart, love, and compassion to ourselves, others, and our world.

We are so mired in hate and disdain; now is the time to practice connecting not just with the fire of passion in our solar plexus, since summertime is the time of the heart and our personal power center. We must learn to tend to our passions with heart and understanding.

What if we attended to our hearts so we could find more love, understanding, and compassion for folks we disagree with or who do not have our best interests at heart?

The Power of Our Heart

The heart’s electromagnetic field, which is said to interact with our emotions and mood. This field, often visualized as a torus, extends outward from the body and is believed by some to reflect the heart’s rhythms and emotional states. Researchers, such as those at the HeartMath Institute, suggest that this electromagnetic field can influence and be influenced by our feelings, thereby affecting the “frequency” or “vibration” of our mood. While this is a fascinating area of study, much of it remains theoretical and is still being explored scientifically. Nonetheless, it highlights the intricate connection between our physiological and emotional states and suggests that our heart and mind might be more interconnected than we traditionally understand.

Do you notice how anger, fear, or frustration zaps your energy?

This is quite literally because you are at a lower vibration.

When we can bring compassion to ourselves and others, we create positive energy and raise our vibration to a higher frequency.  According to Dr. David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, we are at a lower Hz and vibration.  Hertz (Hz) measures frequency, which is the number of times a repeating event occurs in one second. So our actual cells are vibrating more slowly, which prevents us from living at our highest level of consciousness.

When we connect with Love, Reason, Acceptance, and Willingness, we improve the conception of our lives as we know them. We must start with ourselves and help fill our cups with spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness.

We must create patterns, rituals, and routines that allow us to tend to ourselves, reducing the number of feelings that keep us in a survival paradigm.

Having a practice
Scale Energy Vibration -Heart-Chakra-Inner Growth Therapy - Two Wings Balanced Healing- Having Heart- Bija Seed Sound Chanting

We can work on this by connecting with our heart daily through breathwork, meditation, chanting, journaling, and having a gratitude practice.  As we practice these contemplative practices, we build greater awareness and connect more with our nervous and energetic systems, gaining more clarity and acceptance so we can make more positive changes.

How it has changed my life

Since I have had so many transitions this year, I have been chanting and using sound as part of my morning ritual and spiritual practice to help me raise my vibration and fill my cup each day.

I have been practicing tonal chanting with the bija seed sounds. This ancient practice combines sound vibrations with the energy centers to promote healing and balance. Each of the 7 energy centers has its own specific frequencies and sounds. This practice enhances physical and emotional health, deepens meditation, and boosts spiritual awareness, making it a powerful tool for self-care and growth.

Bija Seed Sounds

I want to teach you about the Bija seed sounds, or “bija mantras,” fundamental sounds linked to chakras and deities in Hindu and Buddhist traditions. These sounds are the “seed” or essence of a concept or energy. Each chakra is associated with a specific bija mantra believed to activate or balance it. For example, the root chakra (Muladhara) is linked to “Lam” for grounding, the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) to “Vam,” the solar plexus (Manipura) to “Ram,” the heart (Anahata) to “Yam,” the throat (Vishuddha) to “Ham,” the third eye (Ajna) to “Om,” and the crown (Sahasrara) to silent “Om” or silence itself. Practicing these mantras through meditation or chanting aids personal growth, spiritual development, and healing.

Here is a 5-minute Bija Seed Sound meditation.

If you are interested in experiencing this in person, I am hosting a heart chakra tea ceremony with Bija Seed chanting, bowls, and a sound bath. Or I can do a private session with you in person or via Zoom. Reach out to schedule something with me.

Thank you for your time, attention, and awareness.

Until next time, may you feel peaceful, at ease, and full of abundance.

Highest vibrations to you.

With love and compassion,
Celine
