A Time for Reflection and Self-Care
2 workshop series starting December
These are times of uncertainty and transition the world is hard and there is so much polarity in our lives. Now is the time to attend to our nervous systems so we can learn to be present, aware and grounded. Each workshop will build on the next. Participants will learn tools to ground, replenish and help them to thrive in their everyday lives.
Cultivating Calm Curiosity Workshop December 4th, 2025 7-8:30 PM : This group will focus on connecting with your nervous system and learning skills to care for it by fostering curiosity about yourself to promote calm. We will use psychoeducation, movement, sound, and art in this practice.
Present and Playful Workshop December 11th, 2025 7-8:30 PM: This the group will focus on connecting with your nervous system, learning skills to care for it, and practicing bringing presence, calm, and play into your life. We will use psychoeducation, movement, sound, and art in this practice.
The Somatic and Art Therapy Skills that you will gain for Energetic and Nervous System Regulation:
- Breathing techniques
- Grounding Techniques
- How to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
- Using Visualization and Hypnosis for Reseting the nervous system
- Reiki for self care
The exercises taught in the group will help you manage your stress by feeling grounded and reconnected to your body by gaining somatic skills for self-soothing and regulation.
